Epson Stylus printer C79

where do I find the driver for the Epson Stylus C79?
I can not find it. The CD provided with the printer does not provide for Ubuntu

You can find the linux driver for your C79 printer here:

There are also installation instructions.
During installation please note that we use CUPS in Ubuntu.

we've accessed the website, found the epson C79. But the problem is
there is no distribution under Ubuntu.

What is the most compatible distribution that we should download?

Debian packages should work.
Ubuntu is Debian based and uses the same packaging system.
