how do i ask a question

When i ask a question I get no response and an email with my question

Most people who answer questions are volunteers in the large majority of cases and sometimes some questions get missed etc. Please just list your question politely. Then if no response in sat 3 days add a note saying "Anybaody have any info to help?" or similar and hope for the best.

Alternatively you can maybe use the ubuntu forums [1] or the an appropriate ubuntu mailing list [2]

I have Windows XP.

I am booting up with a burned disc with UserOS Extreme on it.

I get the UserOS home page ok, but cannot connect to the internet using Mozilla Browser.

I have not installed UserOS Extreme on my hard drive.

Can you help with this problem?
