do you have a grub problem?

try typing this in terminal:
sudo su
(password)
nautilus /media/partition name (the partition must be already mounted)

this will open the partition folder you entered.
now you have full rights
so you can do wteva u want to

if you can see the message when you start your pc :
press esc
and the timer counts from 3sec to 0sec and then ubuntu coming up, then just press esc key to enter a menu that will list all your operating systems.
you can select your mac partition there.
you can even change anything you want. for example increasing the time from 3secs to say 50 secs or even making the mac partition to boot automatically like the ubuntu now does.

and could you unlock the mac files from your ubuntu partition as i told you to?
write wht happened.
good luck.

Usually if you keep the ALT key pressed when you turn on a mac, it will appear the mac boot manager, where you can select the MacOsX partition to boot.

Can you help with this problem?
