What is kubuntu, edubuntu?

What is kubuntu, zseries ubuntu and edubuntu? Does this os offer free shipping of its cd. I would like to ask one more question- who answers all the questions asked?
I just visited edubuntu's site. They are not shipping edubuntu 8.10 edition. Can i order an earlier version of it and upgrade it to 8.10? Please gie me the hyperlink nto order edubuntu cds

I believe it is currently only possible to order and receive ubuntu or kubuntu cd's, not edubuntu (anymore)
