For the best result install:

language-support-writing-XX

As "XX" stands for the language-suffix of your wanted language.

Sorry but i am novice at this, where do i wright this?. Is this takes me into
Openoffice to download the ver. that i want?.

Menu -> System -> Administration -> Synaptic
or in a terminal type:
sudo synaptic

Then klick on the search-button.
In the box: "language-support-writing-"

Then search in the list for your desired language and check it for install... then the button in the menubar for the install-process.
Just play a bit around and give it a try.

If not... which language are you liking to install?
