System hang after some time

After installing Ubuntu 8.04 LTS all of service working fine but after some time my system is hang
what is the soulation.

Intel P4 3.00GHZ with 512MB of RAM
Vedio- ATI REDEON XPRESS 200 Serice

Hi,
I had the same problem with an ATI 9700 All-In-Wonder Pro graphics card. After several experiments, I finally changed to a nVidia GeForce 6200 card, which completely solved the issue for several months now.
