Can you send me the upcoming versions of Ubuntu for free?

I would like to know that can you send me the upgraded versions of Ubuntu for free or is the shipping of cd free for 1 time only? I would also like to know that can you send me more than 1 cd at a time without any shipping charge?

The free shipping remains free, every time a new release comes out. I know, because I have already done such orders.

However, it depends from request to request (and person to person) how many you can order in a single batch.
