fostwire will not open up

Fostwire will not open up dowloaded it from frostwire.com If java, what update do I need,If not let me what to do please

Frostwire does require java. To install java, open up a terminal and type

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install sun-java6-bin sun-java6-jre sun-java6-plugin
