Im need to install ubunto inside windows

I downloaded ubuntu from this site and I'm burning to a CD

But after a period of the download show me this message

this is a problem of your cd. try to download again the iso from ubuntu. before burning check the md5 checksum of your downloaded iso. It has to be what you see here : https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuHashes

After that burn your iso at low speed. like 1x for example. and try again

But I think it's difficult to do to download again because it is difficult for me
becuse the speed of internet in my country
