From what I know it's hard to install Windows after you've already installed Ubuntu but there's a way. I had the same problem and I found a "how-to" to do this but found it to be too much of a hassle so I just backed up all my data and installed XP then partitioned the drive to be 70% Ubuntu 30% WinXp. Much easier than the alternative.

1) - You must boot with Ubuntu install cd run gparted resize your ext3 partition to make free space ( it can take a lot of time, hours...)
Boot from Windows install cd and install it using free space.
Boot from Ubuntu live cd and restore Grub to have Grub choice at startup.

2) - You can install Windows and then Ubuntu ( the easiest way )

Hope this helps
