how can I help in improving the Arabic language pack

hi,,
I installed the full Arabic support pack for a friend, and I noticed that it uses simple accent !
it suppose to use the main Arabic accent..

anyway, i'm just wondering how I can help in improving this part ?

You can have a look at the "Translations" section of launchpad.

Over there, you will find a (very large) list of software that can be translated into many languages:
