How do I start a squirrelmail acct?

I have installed all the necessary packages (squirrelmail, apache2, exim4, dovecot-imapd) but I do not understand how to set-up a squirrelmail acct. I am a newb to linux and I just don't know what the next step should be.

ps- I am running on ubuntu 8.04
