Bug fixing/triaging workflow

What is the expected workflow for bug triaging ?

I have a bug report https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/232275 related to X.org submited almost 3 weeks ago but i don't get any reply or status/importance change....

The main ideea is that this bug has been confirmed and fixed upstream and would be nice that the patch would be merged with the ubuntu version.

While this bug is marked as Confirmed and Fixed on Xorg bugzilla no one changed the corresponding Ubuntu bug report.

What would be the next step that I should take in order to get this bug fixed in Ubuntu ?
