It is possible to read and right to files, but it is not possible to open .exe applications with Ubuntu, unless you use WINE.

I tried Wine, but it didn't seem to work for me. I can't access all of my files in my C:/ Drive where the folder Program Files from windows is. How do you do it?

If this is the case, then it will be impossible to run the .exe file on Ubuntu.

This does help, but will it affect my windows. I don't want to ruin it as this is just a test and I wont to be able to go onto windows afterwards.
