Installing win2003 while I'm having vista and ubuntu

Asked by Ramy Al-AShram

I have a dual Operating system on my machine, the first one is windows vista on hda and the second one is Ubuntu 7.10 on hdb1, and because I have a lot of free space on hdb and it is still unpartitioned, I want to install windows server 2003 on it (in the same Hard Disk hdb where the ubuntu 7.10 is installed) and of course I don't want to lose any of those OS, so, I'm quite sure that the MBR will destroy, and I'll not be able to access neither the windows vista nor the Ubuntu.
Does any one have an idea to solve this problem by sequence?

you can use this guide to recover grub(MBR) after installing windows: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RecoveringUbuntuAfterInstallingWindows

apart from that you would just have to resize the ubuntu install so that there is enough space for windows. i can't comment on the windows install procedure, you would have to ask microsoft about that.

Can you help with this problem?
