webcam and fn key is not working for sony viao VGN-SZ483N Notebook and i am using Windows Vista Ultimate and don't have the drivers for laptop?

Hi Guys,
I have a Sony viao VGN-SZ483N notebook i don't have the drivers for it ad i have Windows Vista Ultimate as the operating system. I tried to download the webcam driver from this website http://www.sony-asia.com/support/download/213013/product/vgn-sz453n?site=hp_en_AP_i
 but it still doesn't work and the Fn, S1 and S2 key is not working either.
Can someone help?
