boot picture

How do i change the boot picture? YOu know, the one on the live cd menu when you boot to cd, and also the picture that shows "ubuntu" and the progress bar.

You will need StartUp Manager (it's in repositories, package 'startupmanager'). Install it and then run it from System → Administration → Start Up-Manager. In Appearance → Manage usplash themes... → Add just add your new (downloaded) theme (something.so).
