DVD-R access

Running Gibbon and Nero Linux 3

When I boot up Nero, I get the message:
"...Nero Linux cannot get access to the following devices:
/dev/seg0 (SCSI Generic Device)
/dev/seg2 (SCSI Generic Device)"

Where do I change the permission so I can burn DVD's?

Hello

try:

system -> preferences -> main menu

rightclick - >properties of nero, and type,

gksu

in front of the command (with a space separating gksu and the command)

gksu will launch a program in Superuser/Administrator mode.
