acess fdisk in windows xp media center

 I have Ubuntu Live burned and ready to install how do i acess the hardrive to partition and format?

This depends on how you want to set things up. Typically you can just boot from the CD, and then choose as part of the installation whether you want to reformat the entire hard drive (i.e. remove the current operating system altogether), or resize the partitions on the hard drive to install Ubuntu alongside existing operating system(s).
