i would like to donate $20.00. past a few months, the ms system has not allow to use unbuntu...i would like to completely replace from ms os to unbutu os 100%...

sir/madam,

based upon my frustrations in the past a few months....the microsoft os (you have been allow to access my comp) has not allow to use ubuntu (usb flash memory spending about $20???).... I would like to comple replace ms os to ubuntu os...even the chrome os has not been allowed...now path, using the chrome os downloading... over year i donated to ubuntu and ubuntu office document over $100.00....please review my record....from a frustrating customer/user...the chrome do not care for using any os systems... thank for your efforts

If you want to install Ubuntu (not Unbuntu) and replace whatever you currently have then this is an option in the installer. You will lose all data and files so be sure your backups are up to date.

When you download Ubuntu there is an option to donate to Canonical. The OS can be completely free if you like.

Remember to MD5 test the ISO you download and if you burn a CD / DVD then burn as slowly as possible. If you are using a USB stick etc then you will need an application like Unetbootin to transfer the data.
