Screen on wallpaper and nothing else

OS Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

While working in Unity Tweak the screen changed to the wallpaper and nothing else, there is no Unity, date, or top Ubuntu bar.
Tried on boot recovery mode, dint work. with Terminal “unity reset” gave a error “Compiz (core) – Error: Failed to load plugin: reset
 Can you please help to fix this.

Use ccsm and I believe there is an option to reset Unity's settings

It was a newly Ubuntu installation I decide just to reinstall Ubuntu.
