Can I upgrade to 15.04lts from 14.04 lts without wiping partitions etc, if so how?

I have 14.04 LTS but would like to upgrade to 15.05 LTS without starting over completely

15.04 is not an LTS. 16.04 is the next after 14.04.

I was not aware, for some reason I thought it was LTS, but Arochester was very helpful. I will wait for now.
