Trash Folder belonging to Root

How can I Delete a trash folder suddenly appearing in my hard drive that belongs to Root...?
I can not delete the "Folder Trash because I do not have permission"

sudo apt-get install trash-cli

Then you can use the Terminal to manage trash, including root's.

sudo trash-empty

Should do it.
