Where/how to submit a "package add" suggestion

Hello together.

I am the author of the tool "UniversalIndentGUI" and I'd like to know, where I can put a suggestion to add this package to the Ubuntu repository? Is there any mantainer/mentor whom I should call?

You have to submit a bug report here

with a Needs Packaging tag
