i would like to donate processing to http://gpu-grid.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

this is a very small project, but the only distributed computing project i have been able to find that is open source and does not allow anything to do with weapons or other potentially destructive technology.

perhaps there are grid computing projects i am not aware of that have installers that do not require WINE.

having run various BOINC projects for over a decade, i am looking for a way to donate processing that i am certain is ethical.

perhaps Canonical is aware of some way for Ubuntu users to donate cpu time to Ubuntu developers. i think that is a fine idea.

I don't know what developers would need CPU time for.
