Where to submit bugs in feisty herd1?

Where is the correct place to report bugs in feisty herd1 to have them fixed before herd2 is out?
I have a slight problematic setup.

Machine is MacPro
With 2 Disks
Software Raid
LVM
dm_crypt

Couldn't test any further than partitioning ... because software raid is broken.
would like to submit this problem, but haven't found the correct place to do this!?

Sorry but the information I would have needed was the package to report the bug ...
since it is in the installer and having to to with raid I submitted a bug to partman-md in the hope this is correct.

Where can I find known issuse(s)? I could I just look at the bugs that has been "filed" but there's allot isn't there a place I could read about the bugs that has allready submited? or must I just submit one and hope there is not a duplicate one?
