Regarding CMS/theme, several people in the community have had good luck with Drupal. There are a few themes floating around. If you talk to the Ubuntu Chile or Ubuntu Peru teams, their theme may suit you well as they're already translated into Spanish. I think (but I'm not sure) that those themes were derived from the Ubuntu chicago team (chi.ubuntu-us.org). Try contact them, maybe using the loco-contacts mailing list.

We're working on unifying loco team resources (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamsUDSMVSpecs/UnifyingLoCoTeamResources) but we're not quite there yet.

I don't know why say all this, in fact, I never can see the original e-mail. May be because this is not the ID of my gpg key. I don't know.

i'm so glad about it.

I all ready know that, we are waitting just for the web site to have all
our resources standard to Ubuntu LoCo team. Please see our new look and
feel, I'm working on it.

We have a Forum, website, official email list, and the IRC Channel too!

I think that with the new hosting will be ready to be aproved! (I hope)
