pendrive boot

¿Para cuando una distro de ubuntu arrancable desde un pendrive directamente?, quiero decir: descargar a pendrive y arrancar desde el usb, sin estar modificando archivos de configuración ni nada. Para usuarios gansos, por si no se me entiende.
