[Ubuntu Phone] Feature request : add a button "mobile data network" (on/off) in Network menu

Hello

In Ubuntu Phone, in Network menu (between Bluetooth and Sound),
is it possible to add a toggle button "mobile data network" (example)
like the Wi-Fi toggle button : value On or Off

In order to enable or disable quickly mobile data network.
