Dual boot a Flash Drive

I would like to make a bootable flash drive with two different distos of Linux.
Easy enough on a hard drive but is it possible with a Flash Drive to produce
a boot menu then select which O/S to boot.,..? (using a FlashDrive)
PS. I tried Yummie and it did not work.

The physical storage media is the same in Linux. It is a filesystem and nothing more. Just treat it as you would a regular drive.

If you plan your partitions then you won't have to resize partitions later.
