libreoffice 4.2.4.2 Asian Phonetic Guide not available

I recently upgraded to Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS which gave me libreoffice version 4.2.4.2

In libreoffice 4.2.4.2 the Asian Phonetic Guide is missing from the Format menu.

I use this feature every day and have done so for many years and I am desperate to have it reinstated into libreoffice, is this a bug or are there now additional packs that I now need to install to get this feature back?

Solved! After much fossicking around I have activated the Asian Phonetic Guide by changing the settings in the Options > languages but nevertheless, the changelog for 4.2.4.2 fails to mention that it had turned off this function that had been previously enabled.
