Removal from email list

I have apparently been placed on an emailing list to answer ubuntu problems. I am not an expert and only asked a question related to if ubuntu would handle Photoshop Elemtnts 6. I am now getting tons of emails and would like to be removed from the mailing. It is not clear as to how to do that. Please help.

Thank you. Now I won't be continually be deleting emails.
