I can't download from a website.

3) I tried to download documents of www.provincia.vicenza.it/economia/turismo/bandi.it and mozilla gave me:

I was not able to test this issue, since the address (abovewww.provincia.vicenza.it/economia/turismo/bandi.it) is not valid:

Not Found
The requested URL /servizi/turismo/bandi.it was not found on this server.

However, http://www.provincia.vicenza.it/servizi/turismo/ works without a problem.
