Down load Chrome, it uses a different flash.
To watch YouTube I use Minitube 1.9, it works well.

sudo apt-get --purge remove flashplugin-installer

Then in software centre, enable the partner repo and install the adobe-flashplugin package.

Then run the browser again, is it ok?
