ltsp-build-client fails

ltsp-build-client fails with
E: Failed getting release file http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/precise/Release

My sources.list file only lists local repositories. Why is something looking for http:// at all?

Been seeing a few issues with that repo the last day or so, multiple users.
