Please help me to install

Hi

Please help me to install the following files which ate lying on my Destop;

1. PIBSetup4.1.msi (I get the message canot execute binary file on the terminal)

2. I openend on the terminal the files Lying on my Desktop j2re.1.4.1_06 (a lock sign is shown above it) How I can install this software or how I can proceed further.

The first one is a Windows installer, which cannot be used in Ubuntu.

The second one, Java JRE, can be installed using Synaptic, if you look for sun-java5-jre you should be able to download and install it.

If you don't have the multiverse repositories, follow this to make them available.
