samsung phone

I want to know if there's a softwar to install on my laptop (sony vaio /ubunutu 13.04) to transfer games music pictures and more to my cell phone ( samsung GT-C3312 ) i dont have internet on my cell phone so i can't use the web..
I have tried with bluetooth and i've plugged my usb cable in: it shows me "Unable to open MTP device '[usb:002,006]'" while plugging my usb cable.. and if i try to send some files from laptop to phone or vice shows me "GDBus.Error:org.openobex.Error.failed: Unable to request session"
can anyone help me plz ^^"

I use openssh-server and connect over wifi use andftp. Easy peasy
