please synchronize the taurus package with the current debian unstable 3.1.0

Hello,

I am the Debian maintainer of taurus. I am also part of the upstream of taurus.
This package is a pure python module using PyQt4 and PyTango.

our users are waiting for the 3.1.0 version od taurus.
so could you upoad this 3.1.0 version instead of the obsolete 3.0.0.

It should not cause troubles. It already migrated to Debian testing.

I suggest you report a bug. There may also be a PPA for it
