upgrade

I would like to upgrade my HP 620 from Lucid 10.4 to Precise 12.04.

How can I do it ?
I also have installed in Vbox xp and windows 7.
Can you help me?

This upgrade (from 10.04 to 12.04) is a little bit dangerous, because of several important changes. A good idea is to backup your important data first.

First backup your data: Updates can go wrong.

Personally I would download Precise (12.04) and either create a DVD or USB stick.

Then install fresh letting it overwrite everything. You can restore your personal data including the virtual machines from your data. The virtual machines are stored inside ".Virtualbox" folder within your home folder.

Alternatively follow the link given by NikTh. But whatever you do back up first.
