network manager disabled

Hi,

How can i reactivate the network manager, all the interfaces IPV4 and IPV6 are disavled.
Is there any solution? i want to activate the IPV6 on my virtual machine ubuntu but i couldn't because of this problem.

If you run:

sudo rfkill list; lsb_release -a; uname -a
