Can the Panel be moved to the bottom of the screen?
I am /very/ new to Linux in general so please phrase any answers accordingly. [I am a (recovering) long time Windows XP user but know next to nothing about any other O.S.]
My question is this: The Panel bar is at the top of my screen and this is confusing to me as i'm used to Windows' Start bar (as i term it) being at the bottom of the screen. (For clarity's sake, when i say Panel bar i'm referring to the bar that has the clock displayed in it.)
What i'd like is to see it stacked on top of the bar i think is called the Dash which is now at the bottom of my screen. (It's the bar that has icons for Show Desktop, Application Finder, and Trash among others.)
Would this be a major undertaking or is there a fairly simple way to change the view?
I'm running Xubuntu 12.04.2 if that helps.
Thank you for any and all help/suggestions you can provide.
