On HP ProBook 6450b LAN not working if power adaptor not plugged in.

Running Xubuntu 13.04 fresh install, updated yesterday and today I cannot use LAN if the laptop external power adaptor is not plugged in.

I suggest you report a bug. Raring is not ready and not stable.
