Error - KDE Panel

When I start my laptop I get
Error - KDE Panel
The process for the system protocol died unexpectedly.

If I click ok the system works fine, except my system menu is blank! Any idea's how I would fix this? I'm running Kubuntu 6.06

I didn't close it because I still have the issue. I did submit a bug report, does that mean I close this?
