Camstream reports error 19, when apptempting to set resolution

I have not been able to compile Camstream even though I have installed the Qt4 compiling tools & libraries; so, I was able to locate it in the Synaptic Package Manager and was able to install it that way; however, when I attempt to set the resolution it reports "Error 19." It does detect my Webcam, which is a Logitech Quick Cam Pro 9000, which I have managed to get to work in Ekiga Softphone by compiling and installing the "uvcvideo" driver and configuring it to use V4L2.

Can anyone provide me some some insight?
