Having trouble running adept on Dapper(AMD64 version 6.06) I can install it but when I try to run it I get an error that reads: "Details: Failed to execute child process "kdesu" (No such file or directory)" any suggestions?

Assuming you're running KDE: I would reinstall adept, and kdesu using the latest version. If that doesn't work then, reinstall an older version which will hopefully work. If installing the latest version doesn't work then, submit a bug report to launchpad. Also, try using kdesu and sudo to execute adept from the commandline. The commandline may tell you more about what to do. Then, post the error messages as a comment.

Please try the following command in a Konsole window ( System --> Konsole from the KDE menu):

sudo adept

If that gives an error, please post the output here. If it works, do

kdesu adept

and post the error here, if any. If this works try to run Adept from the menu and see what happens.
