Installing Ubuntu

I have an Acer laptop and im trying to install the operating system, the problem is that it get stock qhere the language question appears. what should i do??

Yes i check the disk and it says that is working perfectly, now im going to
try a text install to see if its works.Thanks

it's freez up, anyway i used the text version and install perfectlly thanks
