You can't, you need physical access the Linux server.

It involves setting up a PXE Linux Server (which I have tried) and some tweaks and using Python scripts. More info: http://oss.netfarm.it/guides/pxe.php ... I haven't tried it but will do soon. Good luck to us! :)
