when installing ubuntu10.10 acceess denied problem occured.how i install?

when i am trying to install ubuntu 10.10 inside windows operating system, i got the "access denied problem". can you help me

how to solve this problem and how to install ubuntu in my system as soon as possible.

Did you MD5 test the ISO you downloaded?
If you burned a CD, did you burn it as slowly as you could?

Tick all the boxes except the CD ones at the bottom. This will be fine.
