Clear recent history in Ubuntu Natty Narwhal

I can't find where I can delete the recent files history in Ubuntu 11.04 ?
Any guide?

Sorry I didn't get your mean .
In normal gnome 2 under Places menu there was an option for deleting recent history .
But I can't find this option in Unity under Ubuntu 11.04 .

Ok so that's in the panel. Some apps keep their own recent open files list.

There is no such a file like : ~/.recently-used.xbel
I'm in unity.

@actionparsnip: This method does not work under unity currently.

Removing the zeitgeist sqlite database DOES clear recent items, however...

~/.recently-used.xbel is no longer used, so creating it and making it immutable have no effect toward preventing further recent item creation by zeitgeist.

Any other suggestions?
