not joined samsung Syncmaster t220

I'm novice in Ubuntu.
I plug the cable of monitor Samsung SyncMaster t220 in my netbook HPmini. Samsung is not founded as second monitor, it dubles screen (and parameters) of netbook screen.
Я новичок в Убунту.
Подсоединил кабель монитора Samsung к разъему нетбука HPmini.Самсунг не определяется, как второй монитор, а дублирует экран нетбука, вместе с параметрами (разрешение, частота и проч.)
Как прописать его вторым монитором?
